Relationship And Social Media Are Both Important
After reading the two articles of To Keep Your Customer,
Keep It Simple and Riding The Hashtag In Social Media Marketing. I totally
agree with start on simplicity strategies make full use of information to consumers
and to direct them to make a decision. And then building trusting information
gathered focus on adviser’s decision criteria and brand usage to them. Finally
give less choice options to the customer. If I was a customer, I would like to
choose a brand which can give me these three steps impression. On the other
side, I do think social media on marketing is also important, especially the
marketers offer special service to attract customers before the customers buy
their products.
Today, I think customer relationships are more important than
focus hype, because marketing hype or advertisement hype is not useful for the
customer to buy products, even they ignore much more information about one
product, they don’t want to make a difficult decision from too many choices,
and they can’t easily to trust a brand. So Today’s marketing should focus on
customer relationship which using customer service and quality of service as
benchmarks in marketing activities, it is designed to develop strong
connections with customers by providing them with information directly fits to
their needs and interests and by communication with them.
There is a brand can be keep things simple and still have a
relationship with the customer, for example my favorite shopping online brand
named POLYVORE, it provide the platform to the customer and me, we can show our
clothes style to others, and share with other people. POLYVORE use this way understand
our taste and what kind of fashion we like it, this is a good way to build a good
relationship with the customer, driving their interested and let them trusting
the website firstly. And then pushing us into the other platform which is shop
site, I can find each style clothes I like it with the links on this website,
and I can buy it with simple information that website provide, customers and I don’t
need to make difficult decision from so many options.
If I was the marketer, basically I will build a good
relationship with my customer by give them free advisement or make them as my
follower to let them trust me. And then provide them the mostly useful
information to them, keep the information simply only give them 2 or 3 choice,
but driving and helping them to make a decision on an easy way.

VolunteerMatch Apps Match Your New Life
Firstly, I like VolunteerMatch app’s aesthetic design, the
frame color is grey which is simple, especially I like their logo has 5 different
hand which are mean help each other, provide the aesthetic a little colorful.
VolunteerMatch App lists several programs that claim to find
local charities where people can donate their time. VolunteerMatch App stands
as one of the few that’s still up to data. Its database collects everything
from neighborhood events that need a few extra hands to job listings at
nonprofit organizations.
As a user, the app access
my GPS location so I can view volunteer opportunities nearest to my address. Or
simply type in a zip code to find listings in specific areas. After I register
their account, I can add my favorite
ways to volunteer, keep a history and post listings to my social networks.
Also
I can see some of the volunteer lists has someone’s review to talk about their
work experience.I think VolunteerMatch app is useful, give me the chance to
know where I can to be a volunteer near my home. It is easy to navigate,
because the function is not too much. But I think if they can update more
reviews from the past volunteers, that would be good to new volunteer to
involved. Also they need to update more pictures on the lists, that can give us
vision and we would like to join in. They have enough search information, even we can share volunteer listing information to our friends through facebook or twitter, that is a good way to social media marketing. But
they need to improve to keep the customer engaged with this brand. Someone care
to download it, because use mobile app is quickly to review, easy to search and
use it, better than the computer. And we can search it on any time if we have cell
phone.
The app’s user interface is not overly impressive, but it’s
the app’s purpose that makes it a good option for anyone looking to give back. I would like register their account and looking for the volunteer position that match with me, but i would like to suggest them to improved their mobile app to be better such as reviews and pictures, that would be helpful to attract more potential people join their group.
