Jo Malone Brand

Jo Malone brand has engaged me with her story, as a child, Jo Malone would make her own perfumes with flowers from the garden and grated Camay soap. She worked as a florist and gave facials in her kitchen at night. It was when she met her husband Gary at the age of 19 that heir business, featuring her handmade scents and products, took off. She gave her Nutmeg and Ginger Bath Oil as a thank you to her clients and the orders began to flood in. The brand’s signature cream packaging with black edging remains iconic today.

Each Jo Malone fragrance is inspired by a real moment. A richly narrative experience was designed to inspire individuality and self-expression in much the same way the Jo Malone collection does with scent.

Jo Malone engaged me because Jo Malone boutiques and counters offer fragrance combining consultations to help me customize my own personalized scent through mixing or through layering the various scent products they offer.

Many women buy the same fragrance, but Jo Malone gave the customers something really special, and really memorable. Fragrances like individual scent makes customer able to be customized into their own unique scent. They did a really good job on the special gift to the woman or girls.

In my opinion, Jo Malone might fall short by their advertising; they did less advertising for their marketing. They should post more advertisement on the TV or fashion magazine to open much more marketing in the world.

Jo Malone using the digital tools by emails to engage me, when I opened my emails, I can see their new product line video, also they sent the sample to my home which I can try their new fragrance or new product line.
